After graduating as an engineer at Papermaking French School, Jean-Marc started his career as head of glass veil production at Lydall in France.

He then worked for more than 18 years at Glatfelter where he held several positions of responsibility.

In 2012, the Glatfelter Group made a major investment in France with the company Allimand. Jean Marc was responsible for this project.

In 2018, Jean-Marc joined Allimand as a specialist in wet-track nonwovens by bringing his expertise in the field.

Jean Marc is also involved in the associative field for the organization of concerts

Jean-Marc likes to return to Brittany from his childhood. the westernmost region of France, He lives there with his partner and his three children and practices boat and fishing.
