Roger Fields, IKO

I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. My personal life revolves around my family, including my marriage and six children. We also have eight grandchildren, with one more on the way in November. Outside of work and family, I enjoy playing tennis, drums, working out, traveling – with a special fondness for Brazil, thanks to my wife's roots – and engaging in various water sports. Professionally, I spent 36 years at Owens Corning, eventually becoming Vice President of Manufacturing, overseeing a network of 54 plants worldwide. For the past eight years, I've worked as a consultant at IKO, drawing upon my experience to offer guidance in the field.
