Stephano Danese, SD Polymers

Stefano Danese is the Managing Director at SD Polymers in Macon, GA. SD Polymers is an Industrial Recycler and Roll Converter of Nonwovens utilized in the Residential and Commercial Roofing Industry. He has a B.S. in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He started in B2B Recycling in 2005 as Plant Mgr at General Industrial Polymers in Baytown, Tx where they recycled synthetic rubber waste from petrochemical plants. Since 2008, he has been a partner and director of SD Polymers. SD Polymers also has 2 other business divisions that recycle rubber and plastic waste from product manufacturers. SD Polymers has been on the cover of Plastics Technology Magazine for their recycling efforts. Stefano enjoys spending time with his wife Angela, 6 yr old twin children Elisa and Marco, 3 dogs, and 2 parrots. In their time together, they enjoy being outside, traveling to visit family or to explore new destinations. Stefano’s hobbies are running, swimming, playing tennis, and some golf.
