Beginning his career with American Roller in 1995 as a field technical representative, William has played many roles over the years. His first 15 years were spent in the US discovering and presenting roller surface solutions to customers in multiple markets. In the last decade he has consulted with customers all over the world, working with end users and OEMS developing advanced solutions for roller surfaces in web processing.

Williams current position is Vice President of Business Development, where he balances discovering solutions for current and new markets emerging in the US.
